This is different to most high pass tutorials because we are NOT using the high pass filter to sharpen the detail in your photos.

You’ll see how you can extract amazing details from the sky in any image containing clouds.

Adding contrast in the way I describe here will really help you bring out the clouds and enhance any sky.

In this video I’m showing you 3 ways to add a BETTER vignette in Photoshop than what the actual vignette tool gives you.

A vignette happens naturally in camera when the corners of a photo are darker than the middle. Sometimes this can add a bit of creative flair to an image because it draws the viewers attention towards the main subject in the centre, and it’s become a popular effect to add into a photo in Photoshop.

The problem is, it often gets over-used or wrongly applied and simply put, it creates an obvious dark circle around photos and to me just looks ugly.

So I’m about to show you three subtler ways to create the effect of a vignette without creating the horrible black circle the regular tool creates.
