The subject of todays video is an image sent in by Ren Theelen who wanted to know the best way to brighten up a severely under exposed foreground in a shot taken at sunrise/sunset.

Watch the video to see the Photoshop tips, tricks and techniques I used to lift as much light as possible from the dark foreground whilst minimising the amount of image noise introduced by brightening such dark areas.
